Several different components comprised the brake assembly of your car and all of which have a special role and functions. One such important component is your car’s brake rotors. Brake rotors are large metal plates attached to the wheel. The main function of the brake rotors is to act as a grip for the brake pads to latch onto when the calipers apply pressure as the brake pedal is pushed down by the driver.
